The Opportunity Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, this is a genuine succession style opportunity for an ambitious Finance Manager looking to accelerate their career. You’ll take ownership of a technically complex finance function while partnering closely with senior leadership to drive commercial outcomes, strengthen financial performance and improve decision-making across the business. This role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves technically but also wants to broaden their commercial exposure. You’ll be trusted to challenge, influence and add value, with genuine opportunities to progress as you continue to make an impact. Key Responsibilities Lead month end, year end and statutory reporting processes Deliver accurate financial reporting and technical accounting advice Drive budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities Partner with operational leaders to improve business performance Identify opportunities to strengthen controls, systems and processes Support strategic projects and provide insight to senior leadership About You CA or CPA qualified with a strong technical accounting background Experience in a Finance Manager or Senior Finance Business Partner position, or a high performing Senior Financial Accountant ready to step up Strong understanding of financial reporting, compliance and controls Commercially minded with the ability to influence stakeholders Ambitious, driven and motivated by career progression Confident operating in a fast paced, high performing environment This is an outstanding opportunity for someone ready to take the next step into a business that genuinely invests in its people.
